One-to-one Coaching is primarily meant for Senior Management and Board/CXO level professionals. This Coaching is facilitated by Mr. Zubin Rashid (www.zubinrashid.com), Founder and CEO of Career Skills Coach and a Professional Public Speaker and Coach.

An initial interaction is scheduled to understand specific areas of focus and the coaching process is designed. The coaching agenda is highly customised based on individual focus areas. The coaching is facilitated either in the office of the person being coached, or any other professional environment.

Small Group Coaching is facilitated for Senior Management Professionals for up to a group of 5 individuals. This coaching is beneficial as there is an opportunity for peer feedback. It also helps in practice as there is a small audience to practice with.

This program is customised based on individual needs as well as on group or company goals. The small group coaching is facilitated by Mr. Zubin Rashid (www.zubinrashid.com), Founder and CEO of Career Skills Coach and a Professional Public Speaker and Coach. A small team of facilitators also works with each individual in the coaching process alongwith Mr. Zubin Rashid.
